About Conquest

Conquest is our nation’s biggest student-run startup challenge, currently in its 13th edition. Since its inception in 2004 to its 10th edition, Conquest was a nation-wide business plan competition trying to unearth the most innovative think-tanks, on paper. Albeit having a healthy footfall till then, we felt the lack of a medium to address the ones with guts, not only with a penchant to craft beautiful B-plans but also sporting a fervour to get their hands dirty as well.

Taking a leap of faith, Conquest rebranded itself in 2013 to become a startup challenge, venturing into an alleyway not trodden upon many times, trying to find our voice and footing yet again. Eventually things got heated up and the ride got rocky, but in the end our efforts paid off. The past 3 editions have continuously witnessed a footfall of more than 1200 startups, our sponsorships and endorsements have escalated and our Grand Finale became one of the few events that startups enthusiasts won’t miss!
