Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) is a Center for Excellence at BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus. As the Entrepreneurship Cell of one of the premier institutes of the country, the prime focus of the organization is to provide an environment conducive to promoting the entrepreneurial spirit and related skills among not only the students of the college, but all across the nation. Through an amalgamation of various projects, we aspire to cater to the interests of a wide variety of people - ranging from students with an entrepreneurial bent to economically weaker sections in the nearby rural areas, as well as established startups in need of funding or mentorship.

Summer in a Startup is a marquee project of CEL that garners internships for students, unique in its features of exclusivity, in catering only to BITSians and elitism, in hiring only a few select number of startups that still preserve the Startup Culture and promote cross-sectoral learning.

Startup Sphere is the entrepreneurial community prevalent in BITS Pilani, keeping the buzz and the spirit alive. This includes frequent hackathons, timely talks by esoterics in the startup ecosystem and crash courses on Designing and the likes. Some of our alluring partnerships includes tie-ups with Startup Weekend and Kairos Society.

Living in a tiny speck of a village called Pilani in the outskirts of Rajasthan, we as part of RED, strive to offer a sustainable livelihood to the rural inmates to stabilize their economic status. Some of our recent successful projects include Project Saaksi and Project Raila.
